Yoga Therapy for Stiff Shoulders Part - 3

Learn a version of baby fish pose that will be nourishing to your neck and help you understand the movement of your shoulder blades. The preliminary pose done with the arms straight will help build tone in your upper back which counteracts the position of the neck at the computer. Feeling Strong?
