Belly Turning Pose with Neck Release

Try this therapeutic variation of Jathara Parivatanasana, or belly turning pose. Use the block between the knees to keep the knees and hips stable. Twist half way and allow your neck to first follow your knees to unwind the neck. After a few rounds, turn your head and belly opposite your knees, the more common action. Use this pose to release your neck and any lower back tension. An excellent start to a back practice.
