Morning Yoga Leg Warm Up: Part 4
Yoga from the Ashtanga lineage. Start this pose out lying on the floor and extend your arms and legs in opposite directions so your spine elongates. Raise then lower the legs on one exhale. Learn to integrate intention, breath, and action. This pose will tone the lower abs and support the low back, as well as work the legs.
