3 Yoga Tips for Lower Back Strain

In this video I will cover the 3 main challenges to keeping your back pain free based on the anatomical relationship of the muscles and fascia. Learn what yoga pose to do when; a) your psoas muscle is short and your abs are weak b) to much slumping has weakened your spine c) you realize overstitching your hamstrings in yoga has made your back weak.
