Beginner Cardio Workout / 12 Minutes / Properly Built

Welcome to the Beginner Cardio Workout! A perfect place to start for everyone looking to improve their fitness one step at a time.

This workout consists of six moves that are repeated twice. You work for 40 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds.

The six moves are:

1. Jogging and Punching
2. Change of Direction Sprints
3. Jacks with Shoulder Press
4. Open Palm Punches
5. Mountain Climbers
6. Sprint Forward/Shuffle Back

REPEAT
