12 Minute Beach Leg and Bum HIIT Workout / Properly Built

This workout will get those legs ready for summer! Join me on Duneen Beach in West Cork for this 12 minute HIIT workout.

This workout really targets your legs and bum, and is made up of six exercises, which are repeated twice.

The exercises are:

1. Lunge Pulses with Knee up
2. Squat Jump with Hops
3. Straight Leg Toe Touches
4. Squat Jumps Left to Right
5. On your Knees with Star Jump
6. Box Jumps

REPEAT

Try to get this workout done two to three times a week over the summer to guarantee lots of confidence in your shorts or swimsuit!
