12 Minute Muscle Mix HIIT Workout (12 Moves) / Properly Built

Join me in Ring, a small fishing village in West Cork Ireland, for the Muscle Mix workout!

This workout is full of variety with 12 different exercises to complete in 12 minutes. We work for 40 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds after each exercise.

The exercises are:

1. Windmills
2. Shuttle Runs
3. Plank with Leg Raise
4. Push up position Knee Raise and Jack
5. Lunge with Twist
6. Squat Baby Steps
7. Elbow Touch with Twist
8. Plank up and down with Push up
9. Bounding
10. Squat with hands out
11. Spider Push ups
12. Three Quarter Burpee

This one is sure to push you so pace yourself and get into a rhythm that suits you. Once you're comfortable with the exercise you can increase your intensity.
