Outdoor HIIT Workout / Properly Built
I'm on the cliffs of West Cork for this Outdoor HIIT Workout!
The pace is high as we move through six exercises in front of the beautiful Beacon in Baltimore.
We work for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds after each move. There are six moves repeated twice for a total of 12 minutes.
The six exercises are:
1. Prisoner Squats
2. Wide/Narrow Hands in Push up Position
3. Knee up Core Crunches
4. Side Lunge with Knee up
5. Push up Jacks
6. Jump Across/High Knees Back
REPEAT
