12 Minute Gym HIIT Workout / Properly Built
This workout is 12 minutes of intensity! Filmed in the Guerilla Fitness CrossFit gym, it consists of three rounds of four exercises that really push you to your limit.
You will need a pull-up bar and two light dumbbells (I use 5 kg dumbbells) to complete this workout.
You work for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest between exercises. The workout consists of the following:
1. Dumbbell Thrusters
2. Wide Grip Pull-ups
3. Dumbbell Cleans
4. Burpees
Repeat 3 times.
