Full Body HIIT Workout / Six Moves in 12 Minutes / Properly Built
We're back at Drombeg Stone Circle in the heart of West Cork for this Full Body HIIT Workout!
We work for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds during this 12 minute workout.
There are 6 moves, with each move being repeated twice before moving on to the next one.
The moves are:
1. Squat/Step/Squat
2. Hammer Blows/Jump Forward
3. Push up Walk/Collapse
4. Push up Toe Taps
5. Lunge Hold with Running Hands
6. Bronco Burpees
