Full-Body Strength Routine (Breanne)

Today, we're doing a full-body strength and cardio workout. We'll start up with warmups par usual, but today's exercise is going to be a little different. In this workout, we'll be hitting strength and cardio back to back.

The goal here is to focus on each muscle group, one at a time, doing one set and then a quick burnout at the end. Today, we'll be doing everything only ONE time. This will really motivate you to give each move your all!
