Intermediate Cardio and Abs Workout (Bree Koegel)

Bree Koegel guiding you through a sweaty cardio boxing blast. We'll light up those abs and that smile today. If you've got weights that are no heavier than 5 pounds, bring those today. It's okay if you don't have any at all though. This exercise is still applicable without them.

We're going to do AMRAPs today. If you don't know what that means, it basically just means we're going to do as many reps as we can handle today. In our case, we're doing 4 exercises 10 times each, and as many times as we can. Once you find your own rhythm and pace, we can complete these moves together!
