Workplace Desk Stretches (with Elise Joan)

Elise here, and today I have the perfect quick stretch to help combat those workday blues. Work with me today to stretch your entire body while waiting for your next call or preparing for an upcoming meeting. Clothes don't matter here, so don't hesitate if you're all dressed up!

We're going to start with the workplace desk stretches. Simply stand up, and use your desk to work through these moves. We'll use your desk to stretch the back, the legs, the arms, and even the fingers! Glute lifts will really help you, since sitting at a desk all day often weakens these muscles. Don't let your desk job take away from your physical fitness!
