Neon Nights: A Brighter Future for Mental Health, One Campus at a Time

Let's glow for mental health! Neon Nights is an annual dance party held on college campuses to promote mental health awareness and advocacy. Students share their personal experiences with mental health issues to help normalize the conversation on mental health, raise funds for mental health resources, and end the night with a neon dance party. Organizer and JED Expert Thea Zunick, EdD recommends that colleges hold similar events to foster social connections, normalize mental health discussions, and promote wellness on their campuses. Overall, Neon Nights aims to shed light on mental health, bring students together and encourage people to support each other through difficult times.
