The Truth About Bulimia: Bulimia Myths & Misconceptions

Bulimia is an eating disorder characterized by excessive eating, or binge eating, followed by a compensatory behavior. While many people are familiar with the bulimic behavior of throwing up or purging after a binge episode, this is not the only way bulimia shows up.
