Hamstring stretch

This is a great stretch that stretches the hamstring as well as your lower back and neck. Don't force the movement. You may not be able to reach your foot but that's OK. Only go to where you feel a gentle stretch. It's important to keep your knee straight. Hold the stretch for 30 sec and repeat 3 times on each side. Let me know if you have any questions.
