THE BEST HOME WORKOUT WHILE ON LOCKDOWN | Fit In Quarantine

What is the best home workout you can do while on lockdown? Here is my thoughts of home workouts and what would be the best option for you. Along with a full body workout using bodyweight exercises so everyone can give it a go. Enjoy!

Todays AMRAP / As Many Rounds As Possible Circuit :

All rounds are 8 minutes long and consist of 10 reps per exercise.

Round 1 :
- Push Ups / Hand Release Optional
- Air Squats
- Jump Jacks

Round 2 :
- Lunges
- Burpee's / Down and Ups
- Reverse Crunch / V Sit

Round 3 :
- Sumo Squats
- Walkouts
- Mountain Climbers
