FIRST CROSSFIT OPEN | Workout 21.3 / 21.4 Results & Review

Taking it into the final workout of my first Crossfit Open! Workout 21.3 and 21.4 together bringing in some Front Squats, Thrusters, Toes To Bar, Chest To Bar Pull Ups, Muscle Ups and a Barbell Complex. It looks like fun, let's give it a go!
