First Ever CROSSFIT WOD | The Bear Complex

Trying out Crossfit for the first time! I spent today testing my fitness levels by trying out the famous Bear Complex Crossfit WOD. Check it out and see what you think.

The Bear Complex :

1 Round (Unbroken/Without letting go of the bar) =
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press

Do this 5 times attempting to increase the weight each time, your result being your maximum weight on your final set.
