CrossFit OPEN 21.3 / 21.4!! = FINISHED with 4 seconds left!
Gymnastics is my strength so I thought going into this I would be able to finish no problem but it is very deceiving!
After the C2B I was toast... and then going right into the second unbroken thrusters I was dead... I thought the one-minute rest would be awesome but it was not enough!
I struggled to get back and start the final round of front squats. Then rested over a minute before even starting my first muscle up! (coach was not happy)
Somehow managed to get them done in sets of five even with a lot of rest and then completed the final set of unbroken thrusters for my life. It took everything out of me and you can see in the video I had to rest for awhile before attempting my first complex... my 1 rep max is 275. I got 225 in the complex... barely.
I don't even know what advice to give other than to pace...
Because I finished it...
I have no plan to redo this one!

For total time:
15 front squats
30 toes-to-bars
15 thrusters
Then, rest 1 minute before continuing with:
15 front squats
30 chest-to-bar pull-ups
15 thrusters
Then, rest 1 minute before continuing with:
15 front squats
30 bar muscle-ups
15 thrusters
Workout 21.4 begins immediately upon completing or reaching the time cap for 21.3.
95 lb. for the front squats and thrusters
Time cap: 15 min.
Then...... 21.4 is.....
Complete the following complex for max load:
1 deadlift
1 clean
1 hang clean
1 jerk
Time begins immediately following the completion of 21.3.
Time cap: 7 min.
