Today's workout for kids features 15 exercises to work the core which will improve kids' balance and help them get a stronger core!
Having a strong core is essential for maintaining the body's balance, and these exercises are just for that! The little ones will be able to strengthen their core and muscles to improve balance and stability. The routine starts with with a series of standing core and compound exercises, followed by high-intensity routines with lots of jumping. This combination of basic and more challenging movements will make our workout very dynamic and super fun, and will certainly help kids improve their balance and muscle strength!
