8-MINUTE SUPER FUN CARDIO WORKOUT FOR KIDS – NO REPEATS

Your kids can have a super quick and fun cardio routine, even at home!!

This cardio workout will increase the little ones' heart rate, speeding up their metabolism and thus burning fat faster. The workout has lots of skipping, hopping, and jumping exercises, as well as leg exercises that aim the major muscles of the body. Kids will be able to improve their cardiac and respiratory functions, increasing their stamina as well! Kids will do 12 different exercises at each training moment, which makes the routine very dynamic and fun.
