Katrina & The Waves and their first recording in the 1990's = 1991's 'Pet The Tiger'. This is the extended version of the title track. After their Grammy nomination for Best New Artist in 1986 thanks to the worldwide smash 'Walking on Sunshine', the band recorded follow ups but aside from 'That's The Way' in 1989, little success occurred until their Eurovision win in 1997. But the band recorded plenty in that decade, and 'Pet The Tiger' whilst far from my favourite of theirs, is requisite Katrina & The Waves - catchy lyrics; hooks and energising pop production.
