Super easy keto/carnivore romantic breakfast
Looking for a quick and easy breakfast recipe that's packed with flavor? Look no further than this simple cream cheese and smoked salmon pancake recipe! With just a handful of ingredients, you can whip up a delicious breakfast in no time.
3 eggs
2 oz cream cheese
salted of smoked salmon
salt, pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp ghee
STEP 1
To start, crack three eggs into a mixing bowl, and add in one ounce of cream cheese and half a tablespoon of ghee. Mix everything together with a whisk or hand mixer until you get a smooth and creamy batter.
STEP 2
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and pour in a small amount of the pancake batter to make small pancakes. Cook them until they are golden brown on both sides, flipping them once during cooking.
To serve, top the pancakes with slices of smoked salmon and a dollop of cream cheese.
