500g salmon
200g raspberries
1.5 tbsp salt
mint
basil

Step 1
Mix raspberries, salt and herbs, put the fish in a container and fill it with marinade. Put to the refrigerator for a day.

Step 2
Wash the salmon with cold water, dry it with a towel and let it freeze a little in the freezer. Slice thinly and enjoy.
