But let’s dive into the elusive 3-week mark. Well, actually, any short period where keto seems to be having a bit of a snooze.

Nope, that takes longer. In the meantime, you might face the keto flu (not as fun as it sounds), a dip in energy, a bit of a sports performance slowdown, and a bunch of puzzled blood test results.
