Update on the Creepiest Property Ever! What Should We do With It?

I bought this property a few months ago and we are finally making some progress. It has about 18,000 square feet and I bought the building for $150,000! It was a great deal but there is usually a reason why big properties like this are super cheap. It is in a small town and it has been vacant for many years.

We are making progress on the property and since I shot this video we have fixed many of the brick problems. I will post a picture on the community page so you can some of the progress!

This is one of the, if not the creepiest property I have ever been in and then I made the smart choice to buy it! The creepy parts are the two basements (I still have not been in one of those basements) and the three 2nd stories. Some of these areas have not been used for decades.

I took some of the town managers into the basement a while back and some of them would not spend more than a few seconds down there before escaping to safety. It is huge and dark, and weird. I am not one who believes in ghosts but that basement and the building, in general, feels wrong lol. I am not sure how to describe it.

We do have someone who is working on the properties now and we should at least have this one cleaned out soon and then the roof fixed and we will decide how much to do at that point. It could be a really cool property but it will take some work to get there! Many of the windows have been boarded up or covered up with stucco and it would be nice to open all of those back up and turn the building into a money maker.
