E.G. Daily - Say It, Say It [Extended Version] (1985)

Elizabeth Ann Guttman, better known as E. G. Daily, is known and loved for playing Dottie in Pee-Wee's Big Adventure, and for being the voice of Tommy Pickles in Rugrats, as well as several other high profile voice-acting roles... But a lot of people don't know that she also had a music career in the '80s, releasing 2 albums and several singles on A&M Records between '85 and '89. (She later returned to music with some self-released albums)

This was the first one I personally knew about - I picked it up in 1986, simply because reading the credits, I saw that Jellybean did the remix, and I always loved his work. Happily, this lived up to expectations, and became one of my go-to records when someone asked what I was liking lately. I always preferred to share music that most people hadn't heard, and this was a great way to do that!
