WHAT TO EXPECT: We are back with another LIVE workout! This is a full body workout. These 30 minutes, you get to show up for yourself and get stronger.
We have 12 exercises that we will repeat 2 times. Working through arms, legs, and abs. Challenge your muscles, and get a great start to your day!
EQUIPMENT: You only need dumbbells! To maximize this session, aim to lift moderately heavy, relative to you and the exercise we are performing.
STRUCTURE: 12 exercises repeated twice
WORK: 45 seconds
REST: 20 seconds
