25 min. Upper Body Strength Training Workout | PARTIALS

We are going to feel the burn in this 25 minute upper body workout! We are training with ful range and partials today! Partials are great for maximizing muscle growth. Partials will help us focus on joint stability and strength.

We are hitting all the major muscles in the upper body today. The arms, shoulders, back, and chest are going to feel the burn and become stronger! This strength workout will build both muscle mass and definition

25-MINUTE UPPER BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 5lbs to 20lbs
- EXERCISE MAT

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
-WRIST/ANKLE WEIGHTS

STRUCTURE
10 EXERCISES REPEATED 2X
FULL RANGE: 30 SECONDS
PARTIALS: 20 SECONDS
REST: 20 SECONDS

EXERCISE LIST
-BENT OVER ROW
-PRONE PULLS
-REVERSE GRIP CHEST PRESS
-CHEST FLYS
-NARROW SHOULDER PRESS
-SNOW ANGEL
-SIDE LYING TRICEP EXTENSION (L&R)
-BICEP CURLS
-HAM CURLS
