INTENSE Shoulder Workout with Dumbbells | 12 Min TABATA Workout
Ready for an intense shoulder workout? This shoulder workout with dumbbells is one of our favorites! Virtually every upper-body exercise involves your shoulder muscles to some extent, so besides the obvious aesthetic benefits, strengthening your shoulders with great shoulder workouts makes most arm movements easier and enables you to lift heavier weights for chest and back exercises.
