20 Minute Abs | Total Core Workout
You won't need any equipment for this 20 minute abs workout. This total core workout targets the lower abs, upper abs, obliques and get your abs feeling and looking tight.
This is a NO REPEATS ab workout where each exercise is performed for 35 seconds followed by a short 10 second rest. This is a slower paced ab routine making it great for strengthening your core.
