6 PACK WORKOUT | TOTAL AB WORKOUT

12 MIN 6 PACK WORKOUT. Get ready to a killer total ab workout to get those abs on fire! In this NO REPEAT 6 pack workout we combine some of our favorite ab exercises into one awesome 12 minute ab workout.

You can do all the 6 pack workouts in the world, but if you aren't eating clean and drinking plenty of water you won't see the results. As they say, you can't out train a bad diet. So in 2021 we are stepping up our health and wellness game and making sure to eat clean more consistently - which might require a little less tequila but we love a good challenge. ;)

This total abs workout can be done at home or at the gym, no equipment needed - just your awesome self. We will be working all aspects of the core - upper abs, core, obliques, lower abs... you get the idea. We hope you love this total ab workout as much as we do!

Here is a breakdown of today's 6 pack workout:
30 seconds each ab exercise, 5 seconds rest.
