This video talks about negative self talk and how to flip the script when we start talk to ourselves negatively. This video talks about how to address both negative self-talk and the negative thoughts that follow them. In this video you will learn how to challenge negative thoughts, challenge negative self talk, turn negative statements into more neutral statements, the difference between negative self talk and realistic self talk, and how to start talking nicer to yourself via bridge statements.
Bridge Statements: These our statements that fall in the middle ground of two opposing states. Example: "I hate myself" and "I love myself". A bridge statement would be "maybe I don't hate all of myself."
