Coping with the holidays can be hard. The holiday's can be a stressful time for many reasons. You may have lost someone around the Holidays, you may feel overwhelmed by the many tasks that come with Holiday preparation. You may suffer from seasonal affective disorder (SAD) around the Holiday's. Whatever the reason, this video offers 5 tips on how to make the Holiday's a less stressful and anxiety provoking experience. Practical and clinical tips are included in this video.
