This video looks at the differences between narcissistic personality disorder and obsessive compulsive personality disorder. Narcissism is hallmarked by entitlement, grandiosity, the need for external supply, and a lack of empathy. OCPD is hallmarked by perfectionism, extreme devotion to work, and extreme black/white thinking or rigidity.
