马来式叁巴鸡蛋Sambal Telur🌶️香辣嫩滑，非常的好吃，配上米饭超级无敌爽‼️

材料：2个洋葱、少许江鱼仔、200gram cili boh、2勺白糖、2茶勺鸡精粉、2勺asam水、少许清水、4个鸡蛋

1）把1个洋葱切片，另一个切块加入少许水搅成泥
2）热锅热油把江鱼仔炸至金黄色捞出
3）锅留底油，放入洋葱泥&ciliboh炒香，加2勺白糖、2茶勺鸡精粉、2勺asam水、少许清水、洋葱片炒至变色变软
4）打入4个鸡蛋，炒至鸡蛋半熟状态就好了，出锅撒上江鱼仔，开吃❤️
