Ireland's Biggest Beach Workout 2019

Ireland's Biggest Beach Workout was in aid of Down Syndrome and took place on Sunday August 18th 2019.

Over €2800 was raised for this worthy cause with 250 people working out together on Inchydoney Beach in Clonakilty West Cork.

It was an absolute pleasure to be involved in such a wonderful day and I'm delighted to bring you this short video of all the action!
