DAY 4 LETS HIIT GLUTES | 2-4 WEEK SHRED/HIIT | Grow your booty and burn fat
Hey guys! We are starting a brand new challenge! It's going to be 5 videos, 2 rest days and then you repeat this for 2 weeks total or 4 weeks MAX.
Day 4 is a LETS HIIT GLUTES workout. It's a 17 min HIIT workout that focuses on LOWER BODY exercises but mainly targets your glutes, & legs. Make sure you eat 1-2 hours before this workout and when you are done make sure to eat something high in protein within 30 minutes of finishing this video!
PLEASE WARM UP AND STRETCH BEFORE ANY OF THESE VIDEOS! You can injure yourself by pulling a muscle if you don't warm up/stretch properly.
