15 MIN UPPER BODY WORKOUT | No Equipment

Quick and effective upper body workout that will get you slim toned arms in less than 15 minutes! repeat twice a week :) This is beginner friendly is you want it to be more challenging just repeat the video! All you need for this workout is a gallon of water or anything that is around 8-10lbs :) Also, this can be done without the gallon if you don't have!
