Welcome to day 5 of the 12 DAYS OF FITMAS workout challenge!!!

This is a 25 min at home lean legs workout. You can use resistance bands and dumbbells if you have but if you don’t have them that’s okay. This is a no equipment workout all you need is a mat.

Make sure you're warming up and cooling down properly before starting any workout to ensure you don't injure yourself.
