DAY 7 - 10 MIN STRETCH & CORE - Full Body RECOVERY (Mobility, Flexibility Workout at home)

Day 7 is a 10-minute stretch and core workout. This is a quick, full-body stretch you can add into your daily routine! 5 mins of core/abs and 5 mins of stretching focusing on stretching tight muscles and working on flexibility & mobility. Perfect to do first thing in the morning, before bed, or even after a workout as a cool down.
