This no-repeat, full-body tri-set strength workout focuses on increasing muscle endurance without repetitive exercises. In this workout, we will be targeting all muscle groups.
The tri-set structure is effective for muscular definition, strength, and endurance. It maximizes your productivity because of the limited work time.
This workout flew by for me! I couldn;t believewhen we hit triset 7 that it was almost over! In fact, I was having so much fun that I didn't want it to end! My body felt really good after this training session. I didn't feel too shaky, but I also knew that my muscles had a great workout. I love trisets, and I hope you enjoy them too!
35-MINUTE FULL BODY & ABS WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
-DUMBBELLS- lifting moderately heavy today, I used 15-40lb dumbbells.
