10 minute Low Impact Walking Workout (1300 Steps in 10 minutes!)

Burn calories, get a great cardio workout and boost your immune system in this quick, effective workout. I achieved 1340 steps from this workout, of course this will look different for everyone. Perfect for all fitness levels, tweak it to your liking, make it high impact by adding a few jumps here and there, keep it low impact by following me, do as many reps of each move as possible.
