Como fazer PIZZA INTEGRAL DE FRUTOS DO MAR? Neste vídeo eu mostro o passo a passo para fazer PIZZA INTEGRAL DE FRUTOS DO MAR!

Ingredientes
Mozzarella ralada
Molho de tomate
Camarão cozido
Lula cozida
Marisco cozido
Azeitona preta sem caroço
Alcaparra
Folhas de manjericão
Massa de pizza integral

Modo de preparo
Pré-aqueça o forno por 10 minutos na temperatura n° 5, ponha a massa de pizza integral em uma superfície com farinha de trigo, pressione do centro para as laterais para que as bolhas de ar se concentrem e forme uma borda. Repita este procedimento mais algumas vezes até formar um disco. Espalhe o molho de tomate em movimentos circulares, mozzarella, transfira para uma pá e asse a pizza por aproximadamente 4 minutos. Cubra com camarão cozido, lula cozida, marisco cozido, azeitona preta sem caroço, alcaparra e folhas de manjericão.

Ingredients
Grated mozzarella
Tomato sauce
Cooked tiger prawns
Cooked squids
Cooked mussels
Pitted Kalamata olives
Capers
Basil leaves
Wholemeal pizza dough

Method
Preheat the oven for about 10 minutes at temperature No 5, place the wholemeal pizza dough on top of a flour-dusted counter and use your fingertips to gently depress. Be careful to not touch the outer edge of the crust and repeat this process. Lightly sauce the dough, add grated mozzarella and transfer to a shovel. Cook the pizza for about 4 minutes, cover with cooked tiger prawns, cooked squid, cooked mussels, pitted Kalamata olives, capers and basil leaves.
