Folhas de escarola
Alho amassado
Margarina
Sal

Modo de preparo
Lave as folhas de escarola e reserve. Aqueça a margarina em uma panela, acrescente o alho picado e frite. Pique as folhas de escarola com as mãos e ponha na panela. Cozinhe um pouco, adicione sal e refogue até ficar macia.

Method
Wash the escarole leaves and set aside. In a saucepan heat the spread, add the crushed garlic cloves and fry. Tear the escarole leaves with your hands and place in the saucepan. Cook a bit, add cooking salt and stir fry until is soft.
