How to Make No Oven Brazilian Condensed Milk Pudding

How to make NO OVEN BRAZILIAN CONDENSED MILK PUDDING? On this video I show you how to make NO OVEN BRAZILIAN CONDENSED MILK PUDDING!

Ingredients caramel sauce
1 cup caster sugar
½ cup of water

Ingredients pudding
1 tin condensed milk
2 tins whole milk (use the condensed milk tin to measure)
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

Method
In a blender put condensed milk and whole milk. Pour the eggs through a strainer to remove the yolks membrane and prevent strong egg taste. Add vanilla essence, blend and leave resting. In a saucepan put caster sugar, water and mix together. Switch on the induction hob over medium heat, do not mix anymore and cook until golden. Transfer the caramel to a 20 centimetres ring cake tin and pour the pudding mixture. Cover with aluminium foil with the shiny side face down and place in the pressure cooker filled with a bit of water. Cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes, turn off the induction hob, leave releasing the steam and open. Insert a knife into the pudding and if doesn’t come out clean, cook for more 10 minutes. Turn off the induction hob, leave releasing the steam, open and insert a knife.If come out clean leave cooling and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
