Como fazer CAMARÃO ALHO E ÓLEO? Neste vídeo eu mostro o passo a passo para fazer CAMARÃO ALHO E ÓLEO!

Ingredientes
100g camarão cinza
Alho fatiado
Azeite de oliva
Manteiga sem sal
Vinho branco
Suco de limão siciliano
Salsinha picada
Sal a gosto

Modo de preparo
Aqueça azeite de oliva em uma frigideira, adicione metade a manteiga, alho fatiado, camarão cinza e sal. Adicione suco de limão siciliano e vinho branco. Tire o camarão da frigideira, adicione o restante da manteiga, emulsione o molho e finalize o camarão.

Ingredients
100g shrimp
Sliced garlic
Olive oil
Butter
White wine
Lemon juice
Chopped flat parsley
Cooking salt

Method
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add half of the butter, sliced garlic, the shrimps and cooking salt. Add lemon juice and white wine. Remove the shrimps from the frying pan, add the remaining butter, emulsify the sauce and finish the shrimps.
