Pudim de Leite Condensado de Microondas | Microwave Brazilian Condensed Milk Pudding

Como fazer PUDIM DE LEITE CONDENSADO DE MICROONDAS? Neste vídeo eu mostro o passo a passo para fazer PUDIM DE LEITE CONDENSADO DE MICROONDAS!

Ingredientes
1 ovo médio
8 colheres (sopa) de leite integral
6 colheres (sopa) de leite condensado
1 colher (chá) de essência de baunilha

Calda de caramelo
2 colheres (sopa) de açúcar
2 colheres (sopa) de água

Modo de preparo
Em uma tigela passe a gema pela peneira (opcional), adicione leite condensado, leite integral, essência de baunilha, misture e reserve. Em um ramekin de 10cm ponha açúcar, água e misture. Leve ao microondas por mais ou menos 3 minutos (900W). Ponha a mistura de leite condensado, e leve ao microondas por 2 minutos (900W). Deixe esfriar e leve à geladeira por pelo menos 3 horas.

How to make MICROWAVE BRAZILIAN CONDENSED MILK PUDDING? On this video I show you how to make MICROWAVE BRAZILIAN CONDENSED MILK PUDDING step by step!

Ingredients
1 medium egg
8 tablespoons whole milk
6 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Caramel sauce
Ingredients
2 tablespoons caster sugar
2 tablespoons water

Method
In a bowl pour the egg through the strainer (optional), add sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, vanilla essence, mix together and set aside. In a 10cm ramekin pour caster sugar, water and mix together. Microwave for about 3 minutes (900W). Pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture and microwave for 2 minutes (900W). Leave until cold and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
