This is a triceps burnout. To complete the exercise, perform 10 reps of triceps push-downs, lower the weight and perform 10 reps of reverse triceps push-downs, raise the weight again and perform 10 reps of triceps push-downs, and finally, lower the weight and perform 10 reps of reverse triceps push-downs. This exercise is great for muscular endurance and to push your strength to the next level.
